Job Overview:
Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a Lead Data & Analytics Strategy Consultant that is part of our Data & Analytics Consulting team. This pivotal role involves leading strategic discussions with client leadership, including defining analytics strategies, conducting data, AI and governance readiness assessments, and maximizing the value of their data. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive change at the highest levels of the organization.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Direct experience leading initiatives in at least two of the following areas: analytics strategy & road mapping, data governance, analytics organization planning, data literacy, or ethics.
- Guide technical and non-technical teams, fostering collaboration to design and recommend scalable data architecture solutions. This includes a strong delivery lead role, with an emphasis on Data Platform expertise.
- Leverage expertise in business, technology, and data to craft and execute data strategies that focus on optimizing people, processes, and technology. Create actionable, evolutionary roadmaps to maximize data and AI value.
- Analyze & synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and workshops, consolidate findings, process mapping, and construct a business facing narrative of results.
- Direct experience with enterprise class data architectures for business intelligence and artificial intelligence use cases, ability to analyze client data assets.
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to discuss technical details and make recommendations.
- Be able to analyze and reverse engineer digital assets including BI reports, data structures, ETLs, Access databases and Excel files for the purposes of informing recommendations for go forward data strategies.
- Understand business concepts and performance management strategies. Be able to quickly understand what KPIs and data strategies are most relevant to our clients, who span all business verticals.
- Leverage market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to assist our clients in their data strategies.
- Proven ability to drive results, have a take charge attitude, and be inspiring to client stakeholders at any level of organization. Able to bridge business / IT gap and become a trusted advisor.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling, as necessary.
- Be able to estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives.
- Provide further insight into the firm’s overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing data strategies that align with business objectives, with a proven track record of engaging with a broad level of stakeholders including C-level executives.
- 5+ years in any Catalyst relevant vertical or LOB specialization, including Retail, Tech, Telco, Media, Healthcare, Financial Services, & Manufacturing or in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience.
- 4-7+ Years, experience with data, analytics, AI and/or management consulting.
- Onshore required.

- High level, non-specific business understanding.
- Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, self-managed, communicate effectively with analyst up to director level. Strong writing & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to partner with Client Engineers, to “go deep” on as-is process & data assets, while utilizing a non-threatening & persuasive approach.
- Advanced proficiency in communication tools (ie. Miro, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in communication tools (ie. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data tools (ie. SQL and/or BI tool(s) that can be used to analyze client data assets/business perspective).
- Lifetime learner that gains knowledge to increase credibility. Strong presentation & facilitation.
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $ Min 131,699-197,548, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
