The opportunity

As our Strategic Consulting part of the business continues to grow and develop, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior Life Sciences professional with an understanding of AI & Technology Consulting. In this key and pivotal role, you will join our highly regarded Strategic Consulting Senior Leadership Team, responsible for generating revenue and providing direction and strategic vision to the AI and Technology space, an emerging area of the consulting business of EPG.

As an industry expert in the selection and adoption of AI and Technology services to support Medical Affairs, you will be key in helping to grow our position in the market, as a technology driven leader for medical and commercial services.

Your team will assist clients in the adoption of Envision AI and technology services, as well as those from other organizations. As a consulting leader, you will build client credibility with your industry knowledge and experience, helping clients accelerate their use of technology to ultimately bring new products to market and serve patients with unmet medical needs. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving productization and innovation within our AI & Technology consulting business with accountability for meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

A fantastic opportunity, we're looking for a strategically minded, results driven professional, who can successfully build a vision for an emerging consulting segment of our business, whilst combining initiative with creativity and an intense drive to generate superior results for our clients. You will have a proven track record in leading and driving operational excellence, process optimization, and efficiency improvement in a consulting environment.

This opportunity can be US or UK based with the opportunity to work remotely.

Role responsibilitiesHow will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Generating annual individual sales in the range of $2M – $3M while also being accountable for a team revenue target in excess of $10M.
• Lead multiple project teams totalling 20 - 30 consulting team members.
• Support and direct clients in the selection and adoption of new technology to drive efficiency within Medical Affairs.
• Lead proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target, and timely proposals are provided to our clients.
• Develop and/or elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
• Become a pivotal member of the Strategic Consulting leadership team, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, identifying, and addressing business issues, implementing policies, advancing / continuing the culture, and ensuring continued firm growth.
• Contribute to enhanced awareness of EPG in the marketplace, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, and thought leadership publications.
• Mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with others to help develop individuals and our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.
• Oversee and strengthen cross-team communications by identifying synergies, developing systems and practices that facilitate collaboration both across Strategic Consulting and within the wider EPG organization.

• A passion for the Healthcare industry.
• In-depth and demonstrable experience in a management position with at least 10 years’ experience in consulting.
• Demonstrable experience in consulting for technology and AI services supporting the biotech industry.
• Proven ability to support technology selection and adoption services within Medical Affairs and/or Publications.
• Exceptional knowledge of emerging technologies within pharma and life sciences that support organizational efficiency and lead to successful product commercialization.
• Proven leadership, and performance management skills in a consulting practice.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communicator and decision maker with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in project management and operations.
