Job description

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading climate tech start up, is looking for independent consultants, who can deliver the following responsibilities :

- ESG Strategy & Policy

- Sustainable Goals and Definition

- Materiality and Criticality assessment

- Benchmarking with steel companies and gap analysis

- Goals and reporting aligned with GRI and local regulatory requirements

- Preparation of Sustainability report

Skills Required

1. Communication: Being able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, such as investors, policymakers, NGOs, and the public

2. Analytical skills: Being able to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making

3. Leadership: Being able to lead a team and take responsibility for the program's success

4. Sustainability expertise: Understanding environmental and social risks, trends, and best practices

5. Knowledge of regulations: Understanding current and upcoming regulations to ensure compliance
