We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Data Strategy and Advisory Manager to join our team in the Technology+ Advisory team.

This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training. **

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • As a “sales and delivery” leader in Data & Analytics, the Senior Manager will drive and support strong client relationships starting with prospecting and interest generation all the way through the lifecycle of multiple engagements and coordinated delivery of complementary services from across the firm.
  • Additionally, the Senior Manager will maintain a balance of billed service delivery, team and engagement support, and practice development including strategy, planning, program design and project & change management.
  • Development of new data strategy opportunities and engagements with existing and prospective accounts as part of the practice including marketing campaign support and published IP.
  • Management of strategy and all other Data & Analytics services at the engagement level with delivery teams including practice members and external resources as and when needed.
  • Management of engagement and team financials, resource levels, and execution including delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • The career path for this position extends into additional strategy leadership and management responsibility for the growth of the practice including service & solution innovation, team development, and marketing across industries.

Your Experience.

Successful Candidate will have:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive career responsibility in data and analytics across industries.
  • 5-7+ years of engagement development and management using cloud and other technology-based solution sets to deliver successful reporting and analytics.
  • 3 or more years of mentoring and developing high performing delivery teams.
  • 3 or more years of advancing planning, proposal to contract process flows, delivery management and accountability, and client relationship management in technical engagements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure based services including PowerBI is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical area coupled with ongoing technical training & education
