Job description

This is a remote position.


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 7am to 6pm Spartanburg, SC Time

Responsibilities:

  • Revolutionize digital file management and business operations for both towing and real estate ventures
  • Implement and maintain a cutting-edge task reminder system to keep business operations on track
  • Streamline the process of handling insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Conduct thorough invoice comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
  • Source and evaluate competitive quotes for various business projects, from property repairs to parking lot renovations
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive expense tracking system across multiple business entities
  • Provide top-tier administrative support, including managing communications and optimizing schedules
  • Assist with financial tasks, with potential to grow into more advanced roles in payroll and bookkeeping
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency

Scope:

  • Work directly with you to support both towing and real estate operations
  • Manage and organize digital files and communications across multiple platforms
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage a diverse workload




Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar multifaceted role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for creating order out of chaos
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple high-priority tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in digital file management and popular office software suites
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and expense tracking methodologies
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and concise reporting
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about and work across different business domains (towing and real estate)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business information
