Job Title: Strategic Executive Assistant
Location: 
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

The Strategic Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to manage projects, oversee operations, and ensure seamless coordination across administrative functions. This role demands a proactive, organized individual with strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage projects using Monday.com, creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • CEO Support:  Coordinate the CEOs calendar, prioritize tasks, and provide operational support, including travel coordination, document preparation, and email management.
  • System Optimization: Develop and implement efficient systems and workflows to enhance organizational performance.
  • Client Engagement:  Ensure outstanding client experiences with timely communication and deliver at least one WOW client moment per month
  • General Administration:  Handle virtual office management tasks, document organization, and assist with internal coordination.


Qualifications:

  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Zoom, and other modern tech platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and implement structured systems.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Go High Level or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with entrepreneurial time management systems (ETS).
  • Previous experience in a high-net-worth or family office environment.
