Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Sales Funnel Automation Specialist to help streamline and automate our sales and marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Zoho and be responsible for creating drip campaigns and setting up triggers based on website form submissions. They will work closely with our team to organize audience details, timelines, and messaging into campaigns, ensuring that contacts are accurately added to our email and text message lists.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate sales funnels within Zoho, including creating drip campaigns and setting up triggers based on data provided from form submissions on our website.
Manage and organize audience segments, timelines, and messaging according to spreadsheets provided.
Design and implement campaigns in Zoho based on the services requested (e.g., Stork Rental, Yard Signs, Balloons, etc.) and specified timelines.
Ensure all contacts are accurately sorted into the correct text and email lists, as defined in the provided spreadsheets.
Work with spreadsheets that outline service types, timelines, and messaging to create automated workflows that engage leads and clients with the appropriate follow-up actions.
Set up triggers for specific contacts (e.g., schools, alumni, country clubs) based on their previous interactions and status (e.g., leads, active accounts, closed deals).
Design reminder sequences for follow-ups, such as sending a text message reminder to leave a review 3 days after the service has been completed.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns and automations align with business goals and customer needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the setup and execution of campaigns or automations within Zoho.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM, including knowledge of setting up drip campaigns, triggers, and automations.
Strong understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation.
Experience working with spreadsheets to organize data for use in automated systems.
Ability to interpret and apply specific audience and timeline details to create targeted campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in event planning, rentals, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
