  • Etre responsable du leadership de la croissance des entreprises et des ventes pour le portefeuille de produits Wabtec pour votre compte clé
  • Diriger une équipe de vente intégrée pour déterminer / créer les besoins des clients (CTQ / VOOC), en résolvant les problèmes commerciaux grâce à un résultat consultatif axé
  • Développer des plans commerciaux de marketing, de ventes et stratégiques et d'être responsable de la prestation des engagements de revenus
  • Développer des relations influentes et efficaces à tous les niveaux de l'organisation du client et développer des stratégies pour gagner des affaires
  • Fournir un leadership clé dans la génération des propositions, des initiatives d'équipe de vente d'entreprise (BST), des innovations MGPP et de la qualité Six Sigma
  • Intégrer l'équipe d'assistance technique, y compris les contrats, les finances, le support produit et d'autres dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies clients

How will you make a difference?

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for the business and sales growth leadership, encompassing the overall customer product portfolio for the Canadian National Railroad account.  Responsibilities include Enterprise Solutions engagements, new locomotives, locomotive parts and modernization & asset life cycle optimization solutions, freight car and telematics technology, as well as digital solutions to include train and network optimization. The Key Account Executive will serve as the key interface with the customer and effectively manage interactions across the full range of products.  Location: Montreal, Quebec.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience including product management, program management and/or direct selling
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business administration, Transportation / Logistics, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university

  • Willingness to learn, share, grow and seek commercial excellence
  • Conversational in French

What will your typical day look like?

  • Be responsible for business and sales growth leadership for the Wabtec product portfolio for your Key Account
  • Lead an integrated sales team to determine/create customer needs (CTQ / VOOC), solving business problems through a consultative, outcome focused
  • Develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for delivering revenue commitments
  • Develop influential and effective relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and develop strategies to win business
  • Provide key leadership in the generation of proposals, Business Selling Team (BST) initiatives, MGPP innovations, and Six Sigma quality
  • Integrate the technical support team, including contracts, finance, product support, and others in the implementation of customer strategies
  • Provide specific leadership, plans, and actions to assure that Wabtec wins profitable sales
  • Build customer relationships for the purpose of business development and sales
  • Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through
