We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions and tools. Your hands-on experience with various Microsoft 365 components, including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive, will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
Support and maintain Azure AD
Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls within the Microsoft 365 environment
Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, resolving incidents and ensuring high availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions
Perform regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to protect data and maintain compliance
Develop and maintain documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, and procedures
Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 applications and features
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, releases, and best practices
Required qualifications:
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Operations Specialist or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions and tools, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, user management, and security practices
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft 365 service-related issues
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and customization
Proving support and maintenance for Windows servers
Knowledge and ability to work with Azure AD
Solid understanding of data protection, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft 365 environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, are desirable
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Goal-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
EU citizenship (due to project)
