Job description

LogicGate was founded with a rebellious spirit and lofty objective: to build a modern risk management platform that helps our customers grow by transforming business risks into opportunities. Since our founding in 2015, we've secured more than $156M in four funding series to help us grow into the company we are today, but we're not done yet. LogicGate continues to push to lead the GRC category with our flexible and no-code risk management solution.

We are an outcomes-first company. Our success comes from our high-performing teams, so we give you flexibility to work from where you are. You’ll have the option to be fully remote, work from our headquarters in Chicago, or hybrid, unless the role has specific requirements.

Risk is a team sport, and the strongest teams are made up of diverse talent. We’ve worked hard to create an environment where everyone feels safe bringing their most authentic self to work. We are committed to fostering and maintaining an inclusive work environment where all employees’ views and backgrounds are celebrated, their thoughts matter and everyone feels safe to bring their authentic selves to work.

Our Company core values of Be as One, Do the Right Thing, Embrace Curiosity, Own It, Empower Customers, and Raise the Bar guide everything we do - with our customers, our employees, and all we interact with.

We are proud to have been recognized as a Built In, Crain’s Chicago Business, the Chicago Tribune, and more. Visit our website to learn about our latest recognition

Job Description:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be crucial in streamlining our marketing processes and enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, leverage marketing technologies, and drive data-informed decision-making. Managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack—including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Chili Piper, RingLead, WordPress and Google Analytics/Ads/Tag Manager—you will ensure that our marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful. You will also provide a clear, technical vision to help leadership understand the current state and where efforts should be focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack. Ensure Pardot, 6Sense, RingLead, and Chili Piper (OTHER RELEVANT MARKETING TOOLS) are effectively utilized and aligned with marketing team needs.

Marketing Technical Project Management: Act as a marketing technical project manager by understanding/gathering requirements, collaborating with RevOps to assess technical feasibility and business implications, and, when needed, building the solution or working in tandem with RevOps to ensure successful implementation.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency, including lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution modeling for relevant teams within marketing and sales. Identify gaps in marketing processes and systems, and drive real-time solutions to address these issues.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports and conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, focusing on data from Google Analytics and Salesforce. Data-Driven Insights: Use your technical expertise to guide the team through actionable insights on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer segmentation, informing strategic decisions.

Executive Presence: Demonstrate executive presence by effectively communicating insights and recommendations in important meetings. Be prepared to speak up and contribute strategically at high-level discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B tech or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, RingLead, Chili Piper, and Google Analytics suite of tools (Google Ads, Tag Manager, Data Studio).  (OTHER RELEVANT MARKETING TOOLS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using technology for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, audit processes, and drive real-time solutions.
  • Experience with process and change management, including strong documentation skills for related teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities, with executive presence and the ability to contribute strategically in high-level meetings.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and lead nurturing best practices.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $92,000- $110,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
