The opportunity
Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning division targets enterprises that recognize leadership development as a source of competitive advantage. The Corporate Learning (CL) team’s expertise is in creating rich, interactive learning experiences that develop leaders who shape their organizations’ futures by making smart decisions at critical moments.
The Marketing Systems and Operations Specialist partners with regional marketing teams to deliver measurable business results by executing operational processes and sharing insights into the performance of marketing initiatives. This role will optimize our marketing operations, focusing on the effective use of technology, data, and reporting to enable successful marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of global marketing strategies utilizing Marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua and Demandbase, overseeing the daily administration of related systems
- Update website content, create and optimize landing pages, and ensure basic web standards are met.
- Oversee and manage the technical integration of Marketing technology and CRM including Eloqua, Demandbase, Salesforce, LinkedIn and more, ensuring data integrity
- Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Analyze end-to-end funnel performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with ABM tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and understanding of data reporting for marketing analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience with Eloqua and DemandBase
- Experience with website updates and content management

$80,000 - $85,000
Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
