We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing team for an Operations Resource Manager based out of our Parsippany office in a remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

This position will support campaign success by optimizing how marketing projects are resourced (internal, or outsourced talent) and manage production from a people perspective, playing a key role in increasing efficiency of marketing production teams.

YOUR ROLE.

Process Management

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Process management including workflow optimizations, collaborating with functional leads.
  • Prepares and executes a resource capacity plan and resource schedules.
  • Documents resource use and planning processes.

Overall Resource Management

  • Works closely with project management team member to ensure timely execution of campaigns by managing campaign/resource planning and prioritizing with a keen understanding of outcome and impact.
  • Operationalizes marketing plans in close collaboration with project management team member.
  • Allocates resources to projects.
  • Addresses resource demands.

External Resource Management

  • Research, interview, and present options for external resources (agencies and contractors).
  • Develops clear procurement, onboarding, and assessment procedures.
  • Maintains budget for outsourced resources and vendors.
  • Handles project onboarding and offboarding, including SOW and invoice process, with contractors / vendors.

Reporting And Data Analysis

  • Assists the Director of Marketing Operations with regular campaign performance reporting and presentations.
  • Connects operations data sources into marketing program management and performance dashboards.
  • Uses data to forecast resource gaps and opportunities.
  • Uses data to inform process and resourcing improvements.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of relevant resource management or workforce planning experience, preferably with experience in marketing and sales departments.
  • Ability to drive advocacy and education around the value of end-to-end integrated resource planning, new and future on-going processes, and enabled offerings.
  • Aptitude toward or experience with creating change management principles.
  • Experience building, adjusting, and communicating processes.
  • Ability to use and recommend tools to make evolving resource allocation decisions.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Exceptional problem solving with a solution driven mindset.
  • Experience creating successful and productive high level working relationships as a means of driving strategy, process design, development, and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies (their purpose and their data), including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Google Analytics to guide campaign execution and report against KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically strong Excel skills and ability to use pivot tables, macros, and summarize analytics via pivot charts.
  • Proficient at conflict resolution.
  • Confident working independently, with the ability and desire to be a self-starter.
