Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Analyst role is an individual contributor role who will execute B2B Marketing campaign management tasks under the direction of Campaign Execution Managers or the Marketing Operations leader. Assignments will include the technical building and execution of specific campaigns in Marketo, Salesforce and other technical systems, and supporting projects that help drive consistency and excellence across all marketing campaigns.  

Role and Responsibilities
  • Support digital campaign execution, which is fundamental to the success of many of our campaigns:
    • Support all campaign execution elements in Marketo including program management, email builds, smartlists and more
    • Provide webinar back-end support via Marketo Interactive Webinars, e.g., creating event webpages, forms & emails
    • Upload and manage content via digital asset management (DAM)
    • Build web forms and validate sync workflows for our webpages, used in AEM
    • Create paid digital assets such as landing pages and web forms
    • Build and execute survey’s via Qualtrics
       
  • Project manage assigned campaigns in accordance with dept. processes and SLAs:
    • Build, customize and optimize the campaign execution tasks assigned, to include new campaign requirements, development test and production execution
    • Provide complete, accurate and timely execution of campaign tasks that meets the marketing and business objectives
    • Work with associated Campaign Execution Managers to ensure execution of best practices, compliance, and brand guidelines
    • Update your project management assignments in real-time for tracking and reporting
       
  • Meet regularly with technologists and Campaign Execution colleagues to troubleshoot common issues or improve efficiency in delivery
  • Take on other technology and campaign execution responsibilities as needed to successfully deliver on end-to-end campaign execution management

Skill Requirements/Preferences
  • 2+ years of marketing automation experience, preferably Marketo
  • 1-2 years of experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Basic knowledge of how marketing automation integrations works with CRMs, such as salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of how marketing campaigns are executed required  
  • Solution-first oriented mindset
  • Exceptional Project management skills using a PM techncology such as Asana, Workfront, Wrike, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, appropriately setting own priorities and timelines
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to follow documented processes
  • Collaborative – able to work in a team environment with colleagues across the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn technical systems. Preferred – experience with CRMs, email automation, and a project management systems

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business Management or related field
