Job description

Seeking for Full Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Needed Iowa

Our team is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions.  Our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives, and we believe that client accessibility, integrity, and quality care are what is most important. Role: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
  • Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop and implement service plans that address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Advocate for clients' rights, access to resources, and social justice issues.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, including full benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
