THE ROLE

At Genflow we are passionate about building an exceptional, global team.

We are seeking a UK-based Recruitment & HR Manager (Part Time) to join our team at Genflow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hiring, onboarding and people processes within the business. You will play a key role in attracting the appropriate candidates, ensuring the most efficient hiring process, negotiating with candidates, onboarding and managing general HR operations.


Recruitment

  • Proactively source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to negotiating & finalising job offers.
  • Support managers with candidate shortlisting.
  • Draft effective job descriptions & application forms, in conjunction with hiring managers
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through headhunting and proactive sourcing.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience


HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees into the business.
  • Utilise internal HR software to store key employee data.
  • Support leadership with employee performance management set up & communications
  • Manage key HR documentation drafting and filing.
  • Support with day to day HR administration, as required.


Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • Proven experience managing recruitment within similar industries
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Familiarity with Recruitment platforms including LinkedIn
  • Based in the UK, able to work UK business hours
  • Proven track record of scaling teams within previous agency environments
