Job description

FocusKPI is looking for a Project Coordinator/Traffic Coordinator to join the Brand & Creative team, in one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 

The client is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join their diverse and vibrant internal agency. As a traffic coordinator, you’ll bring order to the team from inception to the completion of design projects. You will act as a liaison between marketing, creative studio, and agencies for inbound creative requests. You’ll support an exceptional team of
Creative Producers, Art Directors, and Creative Studio team members in the successful intake, grooming, and routing of requests from our in-house marketing stakeholders.

In this role, you will report into their Creative Operations team. You must demonstrate an understanding of project and workflow management, coordination of deliverables, job trafficking, customer service, and stakeholder relations. They are looking for someone with a proven ability to collaborate and support team efficiency, a strong understanding of the inner workings of a creative studio, and experience coordinating digital and print projects. 
You’ll work within existing processes but your role is also to push and challenge the way we work—in this spirit, you’ll develop and maintain operational processes, systems, and workflows that drive high-quality, well-executed
deliverables.

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 6 months contract 
Pay Range: $50/hr to $63/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple workgroups and functions, developing relationships and encouraging clear communication of requirements, priorities, deadlines, and statuses that may need attention
  • Receive, triage, and review all incoming requests from internal stakeholders. Follow up on submissions to request additional details regarding any missing or unclear information or direction to ensure best-in-class assets are delivered
  • Update information in their project management system to ensure project activity is always up to date and the team members assigned have the information they need to successfully complete their work, including project details, timelines, specs, and due dates
  • Work with resource manager and design directors to assign resources
  • Monitor and update project timelines and budgets, when necessary, to ensure that the work committed to will be completed within the needed deadline while allowing ample time to get the work completed
  • Share regularly timed project status updates and attend resourcing meetings to discuss project status with in-house creative studio colleagues
  • Proactively suggest areas of improvement specific to internal processes and project workflow
  • Schedule and attend meetings with project team and/or stakeholders
  • Capture meeting notes and issue to attendees, as appropriate
  • Assist Producers and/or Design Directors with stakeholder requests, as requested
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, traffic, or related area within a fast-paced in-house creative team environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Ability to work with and influence peers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities on tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Proven experience effectively tracking project milestones and related deliverables
  • Working knowledge of the marketing campaign process
  • Experience with DAM platforms (e.g. Brandfolder)
  • Working knowledge of resourcing and project management software (e.g. Float, Jira, Trello)
