Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced General Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with managers across the organization to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience and a background in a BPO environment, specifically in a medical account. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven with excellent communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and emails.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with managers to ensure projects and tasks are on track.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for distribution.
  • Monitor and follow up on deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Create, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Assist in managing communication channels, including email, chat, and calls.
  • Research and compile information for decision-making and planning.
  • Oversee and guide team activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support medical account-related processes and workflows, leveraging previous BPO experience.
  • Handle other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and guide a team.
  • Prior experience in a BPO environment, particularly in a medical account, is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
  • Familiarity with managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Package Offer:

  • Full time / 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week
  • Time zone: US - Eastern Standard Time
  • Rate: $5 per hour after training and increase of rate after 6 months
  • Weekends Off
  • Weekly payout
  • HMO after 6 months
  • Permanent work from home
