Role Description:

We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to own and grow Bustem’s external relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships across key channels—affiliate partners, e-commerce platforms, influencers, agencies, and enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our network, driving growth, and shaping our partnership strategy from the ground up.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and nurture external relationships with strategic partners
  • Design and execute strategies to identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential partners to develop and establish new relationships
  • Develop and scale affiliate, referral, and partnership programs
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities, with the ability to take calls and close where needed, or flag to the executive team where necessary.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM team to ideate on marketing campaigns and with new and existing partners


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in partnerships, business development, influencer marketing, or related roles (Internships or past experiences)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage long-term partnerships
  • Experience or strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines of business relationships, ensuring timely response and diligent follow-ups on cold accounts

A plus if you also have:

  • Early-stage startup or entrepreneurial experience 
  • Experience building and scaling products, businesses, or organizations through partnerships
