Role Overview

We invite you to bring your enthusiasm for video and creativity to our Marketing Team as a Video Marketing & Content Creator. In this vital role, you will significantly contribute to elevating our brand visibility, engaging audiences, and stimulating demand through the production of high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a robust video content calendar that aligns with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Generate inventive video concepts that resonate with target audiences at every stage of their journey, from initial awareness to conversion.
  • Create storyboards, oversee the planning and shooting of videos, both in-house and utilizing smartphones, for various platforms.
  • Edit video content, ensuring color correction, sound mixing, and incorporation of graphics for distribution across social media, webinars, YouTube, and our website.
  • Partner with demand generation, product, and events teams to develop strategic content such as product explainers, testimonials, and employee narratives.
  • Optimize video platforms like YouTube and Wistia to maximize visibility, support lead generation, and analyze video performance to refine content for enhanced engagement.
  • Produce dynamic short-form content for social media platforms, collaborating with social media specialists to incorporate interactive features into the video material.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video marketing or content creation, with a strong emphasis on social media and video editing.
  • Proficiency in video production tools, post-production software, and graphic design applications.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, SEO strategies, and audience personas.
  • Proven ability to optimize video performance on platforms like YouTube.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, demonstrated through a diverse portfolio of video projects.
  • Adaptability in using quick-editing applications such as CapCut and Canva for content customization across multiple platforms.

Qualifications
