Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This is a remote contract position for one year, paying up to $100/hour. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic and demonstrate proficiency in program management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior-level business executives and IT personnel to define, execute, and manage program requirements while effectively handling stakeholder expectations.
• Strategically plan and oversee initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental, state, and stakeholder goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring all vendor activities related to the program are managed efficiently.
• Report directly to senior executive management regarding project status and outcomes.
• Authorize and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including federal agencies and other state entities, ensuring successful program delivery.
• Establish and apply project management controls based on recognized industry standards to monitor costs, schedules, and performance while mitigating risks.
• Ensure quality and security in all deliverables, resolving issues as they arise.
• Evaluate and monitor the financial and business performance of program components from a strategic standpoint.
