The Role
We are seeking an energetic Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team to help manage and grow a portfolio of new and established clients. You will be responsible for growing, maintaining and developing the relationship for all clients in your portfolio. You will provide ongoing service throughout the client's subscription to demonstrate value and prove ROI.

This is both a client relationship and sales-type role, ideal for a candidate that has had previous experience in account management, inside sales or client service. This job is based in Melbourne CBD but travel may be required.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively calling existing clients to maintain & build relationships within the company to ensure you hit your revenue targets by delivering value to our client base
- Expanding our contacts beyond existing sources and developing a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organisation
- Proactively promoting product awareness, while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio
- Meeting the training needs of clients to ensure value is received, both via conversation and training (including product presentations to various user groups)
- Dealing with incoming queries, issues and the day to day needs of your clients as they arise
- Researching and understanding each client's business to identify new opportunities
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Highly organised with the ability to manage numerous contacts, including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction
- Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills
- A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results
- The ability to also work autonomously

This role would suit candidates with an undergraduate degree and previous experience in a similar role.

Salary Range - $80,000-$90,000
