Our client, a dynamic company in dental care products in retail and distribution, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team while driving the company's expansion efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will expand our client base within the retail and distribution industry of dental care products, strengthening their market presence and driving success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for the client.
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in dental clinics, pharmacies, retail chains, and online platforms.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and distributors to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market developments, business opportunities, and challenges.
About Repserve
Repserve leases Business Development Managers (BDMs) on a shared-time basis to companies looking for a route to new international markets, or growth in existing markets. Our BDMs have a maximum of three complimentary, non-competing clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client: 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%.
This role is for an allocation of 100% of your time. We will target other potential clients in the same sector to fill your portfolio and raise your time allocation to 100% should you so wish.
Your day-to-day expenses will be covered ( petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges, etc.) Larger expenses, such as international travel, hotels, and large group entertainment, will be approved by your client before incurring.
Your client will be encouraged to pay a sales commission based on performance. If they choose to do this, the structure of their commission scheme shall be discussed and agreed between you and your client.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievement within the oral care or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of dental products, preferably teeth whitening solutions.
Experience in negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and building long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective business strategies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
