Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an Automation\Development Manager. As the Automation\Development Manager, you will lead a team in the design, development and operations of automation solutions using UIPath and other automation and development technologies to support critical business functions. This role combines technical expertise, process improvement acumen, and a passion for innovation. As an advocate for automation, you will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement projects that improve efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a CS/engineering or related technical discipline from a reputable academic institution
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Automation or Development Manager or similar
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or other technical certifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure cloud Platform, Microsoft Power Platform and UI Path
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for project management is preferred
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
  • Ability to travel to Weaver locations as needed
  • Availability to work outside of their normal business hours to collaborate with teams and vendors located across multiple time zones
  • Advanced knowledge of Automation platforms, particularly UIPath
  • Experience with enterprise systems integration and API development
  • Experience with Office 365 Automation

Additionally, The Following Qualifications Are Preferred

  • Proficiency in deep software architecture, systems design, and best practices for Professional Services
  • Excellent analytical and data querying experience
  • Skills in SQL, Python scripting, dashboarding tools, automation, and programming (VB, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, T-SQL)
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
  • Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
