Job Title: Influencer Talent Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: United States, Remote, M-F

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the United States

Compensation: $75,000 Annually + Commission + Bonus

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a leading full-service influencer marketing and talent management firm providing brand strategy and creator representation. They provide influencer marketing strategy for brands through the concept ideation, casting, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Through live experiences, such as captivating events and creative mailers, they effectively harness the power of social influence.


The Role

The Influencer Talent Manager will join the talent management team and work with the Director of your pod to secure effective influencer campaigns with measurable results for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. The successful candidate must have 2+ years of influencer talent management experience and be familiar with creators, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc.), and building successful creator and brand partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Handle consistent communication with talent and provide career direction.
  • Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for the company roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths.
  • Daily communication with talent inclusive of offers, industry trends, events, gifting, strategy and more. Negotiate and set appropriate budgets.
  • Develop relationships with individuals and brands.
  • Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, events and deals.
  • Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and participate in new program pitches and presentations.
  • Provide insight and research new talent.
  • Manage personal roster of talent maintaining strong relationships.
  • Organize reasonable timelines.
  • Confirm all requirements and logistics of campaigns.
  • Manage talent’s inbox and calendar.
  • Manage the client and talent's expectations.


Requirements

  • Ideally located in NY, CA, TX, UT, FL, and TN but open to hybrid within the United States.
  • Candidates should be proactive, organized, detailed, have strong communication skills, and strong time management skills. The client is seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong relationships with influencer talent as well as brands and agencies working on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years experience in influencer talent management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
