Your missions

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting.

Salary Range: up to 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Affiliate/Influencer:
  • Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
  • Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
  • Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
  • Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
  • Escalating issues when appropriate re: affiliates/influencers contract negotiation and / or deliverables
  • Facilitation of contract closing
  • Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so affiliates/influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
  • QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
KPIS:
  • Working with 30 influencers/month
  • 25-30 inbounder creators
Community Engagement:
  • Moderate Discussions/Group Activity
  • Actively moderate posts and comments to keep discussions on track and ensure a positive environment.
  • Handle any issues or conflicts quickly to maintain a positive community environment
  • Regularly ask for feedback from our community to understand their needs and preferences better.
  • Assist with Events: Host webinars, live Q&A sessions, or product demos to drive engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Use Facebook Insights to monitor engagement metrics like active members, post interactions, and popular content.
  • Monthly look backs on community buildout to refine strategy and audience targeting/messaging

The Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with AspireIQ, GRIN, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets
  • Familiarity with Notion (preferred) or a similar task management platform
  • Ability to work CST
