Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our

growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing

influencer marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support

business growth. This role requires a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and

the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across social media platforms,

including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with our

brand values and messaging.

  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and

recommendations for optimization.

  • Work closely with the content, social media, and marketing teams to integrate influencer

initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear communication of

expectations and deliverables.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to

ensure our influencer marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to influencer marketing

campaigns, providing regular updates to the marketing team and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain

relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
