Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Influencer’s marketing strategies.
  • Lead the Influencer’s team, forming a clear quarterly roadmap and goals in line with the wider business strategy, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Innovate and implement new Influencer’s marketing features, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to integrate Influencer’s team objectives into broader business strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for Influencer’s marketing projects, ensuring efficiency and impact.
  • Provide mentorship, lead performance, and career conversations to nurture talent and build a strong team dynamic.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adjusting strategies to improve Influencer’s visibility.
  • Regularly report on Influencer’s marketing growth and strategy, offering insights on performance and future direction.

  • Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of Influencer’s marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful, comprehensive Influencer’s marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing a high-performing Influencer’s team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in leveraging both traditional analytics and AI-driven tools like MixPanel & SimillarWeb to measure effectiveness and drive strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate ROAS on Influencer’s marketing initiatives.
  • High proficiency in cross-functional collaboration working alongside technology and product teams to integrate best Influencer’s marketing practices in XFN projects.
  • Forward-thinking approach, with a strong emphasis on staying ahead of Influencer’s marketing trends, digital marketing innovations, and technological advancements.
