The Opportunity

Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Counsel with 5+ years of ERISA litigation experience. This is a fully remote position and we are seeking candidates who are admitted to the Florida Bar and reside in Florida (preferably South Florida).

• Experience handling cases from inception to conclusion.
• Top law firm experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
