LMS Administrator

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated LMS Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This role is critical in ensuring the LMS meets the training needs and objectives of the organization, while providing a seamless learning experience. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of LMS content, user management, troubleshooting, reporting, and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain the LMS, ensuring it supports organizational training goals and operates efficiently, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and develop scripts, along with AI-generated video content.
  • Perform a comprehensive intake into the company's operations to thoroughly understanded its systems and processes.
  • Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate roles and access levels for employees, instructors, and learners.
  • Upload and update course materials, ensuring compatibility with the LMS and adherence to quality standards, accessibility, and educational effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support for LMS users, resolving access or functionality issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completion, learner performance, and system utilization, recommending improvements based on findings.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to enhance course design, layout, and interactivity in the LMS.
  • Integrate third-party tools and applications to expand LMS functionality and offer additional learning opportunities.
  • Regularly audit LMS content and user activity to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards and policies.
  • Facilitate training for internal administrators, documenting procedures and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient LMS usage across departments.
  • Work with marketing and other departments to maintain design standards, optimize learning content, and implement strategies to maximize the LMS's effectiveness and business impact.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with LearnWorlds or a similar Learning Management platform is required. Must have previous experience with WordPress. Previous experience in the life insurance sector is preferred.
  • Project Management is an asset.
  • Proficiency in writing scripts for LMS customization and functionality enhancements.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and execute complex projects effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of LMS management and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve training outcomes, content quality, and learner engagement.

Pay Range - $32.70 - $35.10 CAD per hour


The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
