We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our bright team based in our quickly growing office in Ukraine. If you love people and would like to work on the achievement of joint goals, let’s meet.
Working In Our Team Is
Closely collaborating and supporting company executives in evaluating and developing employees, ensuring the workforce complements the business strategy;
Driving leadership development projects and career advancement plans, to develop talents within the organization;
Leading the initiatives to assess and improve employee engagement and ensure they are in line with the company's values and culture;
Organizing regular teambuilding events aimed at team integration;
Creating and executing HR initiatives, guidelines, procedures, and instruments to promote efficient operations;
Designing and implementing effective training plans for new and existing hires according to the approved skills and performance programs;
Growing our Ukraine team;
Identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement;
Supporting and promoting the company's reputation as the "best place to work”;
Cooperating in the preparation of the HR budget and tracking the expenses related to people programs;
Monitoring of labor market and salary market.
Qualifications
English - Fluent; Ukrainian – native;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related areas will be a plus;
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager;
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
Communicability, ability to listen and hear;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management;
High level of ethics;
Responsibility, ability to make decisions;
Quick learner.
