About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Communications Manager to lead and integrate our external and internal communications strategies with a strong focus on brand management. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating our corporate identity and driving public perception. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in brand strategy, content creation, PR and media relations, to deliver impactful, cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do

⭐ Brand Strategy Development:

πŸ”· Develop, strategize, and execute comprehensive B2B online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new users and fostering engagement among existing ones for Osome in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, encompassing brainstorming, proposal creation, brief drafting, and ensuring prompt execution while managing project deliverables, reports, and objectives effectively.

πŸ”· Develop and refine global brand strategy to reflect an innovative, and cohesive identity.

πŸ”· Create brand guidelines that are comprehensive yet adaptable across different geographies, cultures, and business units.

πŸ”· Craft a compelling brand narrative that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders.

⭐ Campaign Ideation & Execution

πŸ”· Manage all aspects of brand communications, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events.

πŸ”· Work closely with external parties such as PR agencies and local media agencies to manage Below the Line (BTL) and Above the Line (ATL) marketing campaigns.

πŸ”· Propose and lead thematic brand campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and marketing needs.

πŸ”· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life through campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences.

πŸ”· Lead the social media function to create creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

πŸ”· Collaborate with the creative team to build brand campaigns for increased brand awareness.

πŸ”· Evaluate campaign performance and brand sentiment to optimize future strategies.

⭐Stakeholder Collaboration

πŸ”· Work closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with company vision and long-term goals.

πŸ”· Work closely with external agencies and vendors, e.g. local media agencies in SG and HK, to execute branding initiatives.

πŸ”· Partner with Partnership team, PR, and product teams to drive cohesive brand integration.

Who You Are

βœ… At least 5-7 years experience in integrated brand marketing, ideally from an agency or B2B fintech SaaS background

βœ… Proven track record of successful marketing brand campaigns

βœ… Strong project management and collaboration skills

βœ… Proven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies.

βœ… Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

βœ… Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

βœ… Data-driven mindset with an understanding of marketing analytics

βœ… Candidates must be proficient in English, proficient in Chinese is a plus.

βœ… Candidates based in Asia with an Asia working timezone is a MUST.
