Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PR & Communications Manager (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for the automotive market, to join our global Communications Team.

In this role, you develop and execute communication strategies and public relations efforts for our expanding business and B2B service, AUTODOC PRO, which was launched in France in late 2022 and is coming to more markets, including Germany soon.

Your role is to enhance and expand our media presence, effectively communicate about AUTODOC PRO with both external and internal stakeholders, including Country Managers and the Management Board, as well as to manage relationships with external agencies.

Job responsibilities:

  • Definition, planning and implementation of PR measures with a focus on AUTODOC PRO messaging with the goals of increasing awareness and image building.

  • Responsibility in all areas of PR, from research, writing press releases to handling media inquiries and media monitoring.

  • Crisis communication, i.e. setting up of thematic Q&A catalogues, wordings for reactive press statements or internal communication messages when needed.

  • Control and provide content for communication platforms, like corporate websites or LinkedIn.

  • Supporting other departments with communication tasks/measures (e.g. Brand, Finance, or Legal).

  • Organization of press conferences or press work at corporate events.

Job qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in media, communication, public relations, or marketing.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in the field of PR and Communication or journalism.

  • Experience in conception, implementation, and effectiveness control (KPIs) of PR campaigns on the agency and/or corporate side.

  • Experience in storytelling via digital and legacy channels in the B2B and B2C sector.

  • Comfortable with managing service providers, e.g. PR agencies.

  • Proven conception and presentation skills.

  • Excellent fluent writing and communication skills in French, English and German are required.

  • Team-oriented self-starter with a can-do attitude and interest in the corporate and consumer automotive market.
