Key Responsibilities

WeTravel's Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with new & existing customers, answering client queries, and cross-selling additional products to our users. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Customer Service and sometimes Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.


You will be engaging with clients of all sizes on a daily basis so a friendly approach & love of travel will also help you succeed with keeping our clients satisfied & engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Candidates able to work Mountain Time or Pacific Time Zones preferred due to client engagement segment.

At this time, we are not accepting candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, Washington

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Preferred experience:

  • Fluent in English (please mention in your resume if you are fluent in any other language);

  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients;

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients;

  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.




Nice to have:

  • Minor SaaS sales experience or experience with up-selling products;

  • Up-to-date understanding of the travel industry's consumer behavior;

  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or other CRM platforms.
