Travel: Up to 20%

We are actively seeking an International Account Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role’s primary responsibility will be to manage current portfolio of Export customers relationships and to develop increased brand presence, awareness and listings within current customers and seek and drive new customer business. This role also will operate all trading customers profitably in line with P&L expectations and achieve agreed customer and business growth targets with JBP initiatives.

As our International Account Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Actively managing, growing and supporting accounts in defined countries.
• Prospecting and developing new, exciting business relationships.
• Developing and executing growth-centered business plans.
• Developing and implementing plans to maintain and protect market share in assigned territory.
• Educating customers on product features, benefits and applications within guidelines.
• Managing expense budget for assigned territory.
• Developing promotional activity to showcase products via customer channels
• Visiting customers’ offices, trade shows, Compana offices to develop sales and relationships.
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• Understanding of country specific regulatory guidelines. Knowledge of the Export pet products arena preferred.
• Proven business development and growth achievements, new product launches and brand impressions.
• Specialty on Channel identification and business planning to secure profitable, sustainable growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven track record of building relationships and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism and motivation.
• Time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
