advanced store GmbH, founded in Berlin in 2008, offers data-driven and scalable digital marketing solutions. We operate worldwide as a service provider for digital advertising in the areas of performance display ads, native ads and social media ads. Our team of over 65 people in the heart of Berlin believes in automation and the resulting efficiency of online marketing solutions. We support customers worldwide, plan and coordinate online campaigns for them, analyze performance and develop optimization proposals. Tasks

  • Support in design and implementation of strategic measures for existing partnerships in performance marketing field in our current business relevant regions (Europe, North and South America)
  • Daily communication and management of clients requests, maintenance the longterm relationships with brands, agencies and affiliate networks across the globe
  • Support and an active role in the development of our internal processes
  • Active communication and task coordination across different teams
  • Understanding of diversity of performance marketing industry, dynamic business models and applying them successfully
  • Performance measurement, analysis and optimization of campaigns and their key performance metrics based on daily, weekly and monthly monitoring
  • Identifying trends and insights in digital advertising industry
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs, events and customer appointments


Requirements

  • First experience in account management in performance marketing, affiliate marketing or eCommerce an advantage
  • Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Good level of German or any other language an advantage
  • Very good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
  • Very good at identifying challenges in daily operations and acting upon them
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Organizational talent, flexibility and absolute reliability
  • Team player and enjoy a dynamic and international working environment
