Job Summary
Real Chemistry is looking for a
Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. As a
Sales Operations Analyst, you play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will contribute to the improvement of our sales processes by partnering with the business to improve identification and capture of customer opportunities, ensure data accuracy, and develop and maintain reporting and dashboarding.
What You'll Do
- Manage Data: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Salesforce platform by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
- Identify Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance sales efficiency. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to enhance system performance.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to provide insights into sales performance and other key metrics.
- Support Business: Provide day-to-day support to key Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Train Users: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in using Salesforce and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account, IT, and Finance to align Salesforce with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Strong problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills with a creative approach.

- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- An ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, or related analytical role.
- Salesforce Lightning experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., PowerBI).
- Professional Services, Life Sciences, PR, Advertising experience a plus.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
