Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic sales operation analyst to effectively support the sales team and achieve the desired outcomes, the associates should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Pitch Evaluation and Coaching:

  • Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques.

CRM Maintenance and Data Hygiene:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates.

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Insight Generation:

  • Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales, and customer success roles 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Bilingual in French and English (which is our global company language).
