As a Sales Science Analyst II – Program Management, your essential job functions will include the following:
Gather, Manage and Understand Data
- Identify the components of a problem and apply appropriate analytical techniques to create actionable conclusions—These techniques will include statistical analysis, forecasting and mathematical modeling
- Define the goals of analysis activities and coordinate the collection of appropriate data from databases—Understand and assess business situations from an information perspective
- Work collaboratively with members of the program management, sales, supplier relations and supply chain teams to analyze data and deliver key insights
Reporting and Support
- Manage the design of program management reporting tools, including automation of reporting, and the building of new metrics and dashboards
- Assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics—Provide program management VPs, Directors, and General Managers with interpretations of reports and assist them in understanding underlying data
- Work closely with Promotions Operations and Sales Operations teams to manage, maintain and enhance promotion processes and provide promotion goals, insights and performance analyses
- Maintain and audit critical data through the appropriate IT systems and departments
- Serve as the internal end-user point of contact for ad hoc program management information requests
Recommendations and Implementation
- Participate in management of strategic projects with initiative—Assist with complete and timely communication of progress, coordinating necessary resources and proactively resolving hurdles to progress by bringing challenges to management attention along with possible solutions
- Collaborate with Program Management leaders to identify and pursue performance improvement opportunities (reporting efficiencies & automation)—clearly outline options and recommended courses of action, and support implementation

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience -OR- an advanced degree with 1-3 years of experience in a technical/analytical role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, VBA)
- Proficient in statistical/analytical software and appropriate programming languages for automation (90% R, 10% Python)
- Proficient in data-access languages (SQL, SOQL)
- Proficient in Power BI
- Proficient in OBIEE data and reporting platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Base Pay Range:
$77,000-$90,000
