Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Analyst with Salesforce Experience to manage and streamline deal processes. This role involves reviewing contracts, analyzing sales data, and ensuring accurate deal tracking across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and capable of working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal & Contract Management:

  • Review contracts for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Maintain and update deal data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to contracts and pricing.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data to track deal performance and trends.
  • Provide guidance on deal structures and approvals to sales teams.
  • Track and report on deal metrics, offering insights to optimize processes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, implementation, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Communicate updates and findings via Slack, Asana, and email.
  • Use internal tools for data management and process tracking.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail in contracts, data, and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Tech-savvy mindset comfortable with learning new software and tools.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, finance, or contract management.
