Job description

Position Summary

Support development of integrated communication programs for the successful positioning primarily for new ASP Products to support regional commercial demand generation and solutions across channels. This includes but is not limited creation of launch packages: copywriting, social media management, graphic design, digital website development and email marketing templates. You will be the marketing team’s expert for creating ICPs to support existing and new products global.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
  • Partner with global commercial marketing, product management, and sales to produce relevant content for integrated communication plans ICP (PPTs, whitepapers, videos, website content, training materials, etc.)
  • Create new, relevant, and engaging multichannel content that aligns with overall marketing plans/objectives
  • Ensure all customer- and internal-facing marketing materials align with product-specific value positioning & branding (best practice documents, user guides, etc.)
  • Lead tactical areas of creating initiation product launch packets (tools development, email campaigns, content development and social media planning)
  • Define branding strategy for presence at trade shows, customer experience centers and conferences
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working across the organization managing projects and keeping people accountable to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, G Suite, and social media management software
  • Experience using Marketing Automation tools
  • Experience with Client Management Relationship (CRM) Software, e.g. SalesForce
  • Experience in B2B channels, with proven ability to execute marketing programs
  • Familiarity with Healthcare systems (example: clinical personas, GPOs, tenders etc)
  • Experience in content marketing, strategizing and developing creative content with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools
  • Leads with a digital-first mindset, while possessing the traditional marketing skillsets for balancing diverse audiences
  • Strong communication: able to take technical and clinical details of software and translate it to the benefits for the user
  • Metric-driven and analytical: ability to prioritize, drive and complete projects using both data and company needs.
  • Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships through diverse and creative ideas

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 86,100.00 - 159,900.00
