Job description

Role Title: Account Manager DSP Partnerships
Reports to:
Director of DSP Partnerships
Location: Hybrid working environment (Remote and Paddington, London)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Role overVIOOH

As the management of DSP’s on the VIOOH platform becomes even more critical, we are looking for an experienced DSP Account Manager to help take the management of existing DSPs forward, including growing DSPs geographically, and sourcing new DSPs; this includes the ongoing operational delivery of brilliant best practise service for these critical partners. 

This role will be an early hire within the team and will give you the autonomy to be an integral part of setting best practises and processes, help shape the team structure and aid in the global growth of VIOOH.

What we’ll expect from you

  • Support and own the delivery goal of 25 + Key and active DSPs (with others);
  • Proactively extend key DSPs Geographically based on demand and with detailed pre-qualification;
  • Manage DSPs on all end to end operational and commercial requirements;
  • Drive governance, day to day interactions and engagement with the DSPs;
  • Drive revenue, the pipeline and business across Geographical borders with the DSPs;
  • Ensure technical innovation is voiced to the DSPs, working in tandem to listen and understand their needs and feed back into the product business;
  • Determine ongoing education, training and interaction with DSP teams, both across their central operational and localised commercial teams;
  • Be accountable for a revenue figure from DSP business;
  • Build insights from VIOOH tools and turn in to relevant market soundbites for the DSPs to yield rapport, trust and campaigns;
  • Work closely with the rest of the VIOOH demand and supply teams in terms of sharing information, driving awareness and understanding, with a combined revenue goal;
  • Be willing to travel to QBRs and key interaction meetings;
  • Source, qualify and help onboard new DSPs subject to pre-defined criteria; and
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all teams.

What we want from you

Working on the demand side requires energy, quick thinking and an organised discipline. Our demand partners are a critical gateway to client and agency revenue and managing DSPs can be the real difference between winning and losing campaigns. We are looking for:

  • Degree educated, ideally in business, sales, marketing, communication or a relevant client delivery degree;
  • Demonstrable experience across programmatic trading, ideally in DOOH but as a minimum across other advertising channels;
  • Ideally previous management of DSPs directly, including knowledge of their structure, set up, ways of working and nuances;
  • Knowledge of the online industry, out of home industry, mobile and video industry is an advantage;
  • An absolute interest in the growth of OOH to a digitised and faster trading environment of programmatic;
  • An energetic character, able to work on their own in certain circumstances, or in the main, as part of as team;
  • An excellent team player, happiest collaborating and solving with #teamVIOOH;
  • An incredibly organised individual, who has a service ethos running through their veins – brilliant service and best practise comes naturally to them;
  • Is able to demonstrate operational and commercial experience in other roles, demonstrating business growth from a strong service and support role eg a farmer / hunter; and
  • Has proven they can interact at all levels at a DSP (or similar business) from CSO to senior partnerships contacts, adapting their role to suit the environment.
