About the Role:
Are you a motivated, sales-oriented professional with a talent for crafting winning proposals? Arise is seeking a Proposal Writer to strategize and collaborate with our Sales Team and create standout proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral. This role is for a proactive leader with a passion for driving new business, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring consistency in messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Proposal Strategy and Execution:

Master and align materials with Arise’s core messaging to ensure consistency across all proposals.
Manage the entire proposal process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Gather and synthesize information independently, minimizing reliance on SMEs.
Create detailed schedules to meet tight deadlines, delivering polished, client-ready materials.

Deliver Sales-Driven Content:

Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials tailored to client needs.
Infuse creativity into content to differentiate Arise in a competitive marketplace.
Maintain and refine a library of sales and marketing assets for future use.

Lead Collaboration and Efficiency:

Facilitate proposal meetings, assigning roles and ensuring seamless team alignment.
Serve as a key liaison between Sales, SMEs, and other contributors for smooth communication.

Support Sales Through Branding Expertise:

Leverage marketing skills to design persuasive materials that enhance Arise’s brand.
Continuously optimize content to meet evolving client and market needs.

What You’ll Need:

Proven Expertise: 5+ years in proposal writing, marketing copywriting, or consultative writing.
Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling, cohesive narratives with creativity and sales focus.
Proposal Management Experience: Proficient in developing responses to RFx and managing end-to-end proposal processes.
Strategic Mindset: Understands sales dynamics and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive Approach: Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Responsive (formerly RFPio).
