About the Role:
Are you a motivated, sales-oriented professional with a talent for crafting winning proposals? Arise is seeking a Proposal Writer  to strategize and collaborate with our Sales Team and create standout proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral. This role is for a proactive leader with a passion for driving new business, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring consistency in messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Proposal Strategy and Execution:

  • Master and align materials with Arise’s core messaging to ensure consistency across all proposals.
  • Manage the entire proposal process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Gather and synthesize information independently, minimizing reliance on SMEs.
  • Create detailed schedules to meet tight deadlines, delivering polished, client-ready materials.

Deliver Sales-Driven Content:

  • Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials tailored to client needs.
  • Infuse creativity into content to differentiate Arise in a competitive marketplace.
  • Maintain and refine a library of sales and marketing assets for future use.

Lead Collaboration and Efficiency:

  • Facilitate proposal meetings, assigning roles and ensuring seamless team alignment.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, SMEs, and other contributors for smooth communication.

Support Sales Through Branding Expertise:

  • Leverage marketing skills to design persuasive materials that enhance Arise’s brand.
  • Continuously optimize content to meet evolving client and market needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years in proposal writing, marketing copywriting, or consultative writing.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling, cohesive narratives with creativity and sales focus.
  • Proposal Management Experience: Proficient in developing responses to RFx and managing end-to-end proposal processes.
  • Strategic Mindset: Understands sales dynamics and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Responsive (formerly RFPio).
