What We Need

NetBrain is seeking a Director, Automation Architect Team to lead a global team of Network Automation Architects. This role is not about managing internal networks but about enabling enterprise customers to harness the full potential of NetBrain’s No-Code Automation platform. Powered by AI, our platform significantly lowers the barriers to automation adoption, empowering customers to revolutionize their network operations.

We’re looking for a proven leader who combines deep technical expertise in networking with a strong desire to be hands-on and a passion for automation and AI. What You'll Do

  • You will inspire and lead: Provide thought leadership on how global Enterprises and MSPs can transform network operations through automation.
  • Strategize for impact: Develop and implement strategies to maximize your team's influence by expanding customers' automation capabilities.
  • Drive Automation Excellence: Lead the creation, execution and continuous improvement of automation playbooks for high-impact use cases.
  • Enable Customer Success:
    • Guide your team in training, supporting and enabling customers on their automation journey.
    • Partner with customers to identify high-value automation opportunities based on ITSM data.
    • Analyze customer networks and design automation solutions tailored to their specific technologies and workflows.
    • Architect integrations that amplify customers existing toolsets and workflows.
    • Design and implement critical network operations automations using NetBrain’s no-code automation.

Who You Are

  • CCIE, or JNCIE, or equivalent network certifications is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization, Network Automation, Network Architect
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience in a Network Operations or Service Delivery environment
  • In-depth knowledge with network protocol packet frame structure and multi-vendor technologies

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $180,000 - $250,000. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
