Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our client’s Amazon and Shopify operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth across multiple ecommerce platforms while working with an innovative natural foods brand. You’ll leverage your expertise in digital marketplace optimization, collaborate with international suppliers, and play a crucial role in product development initiatives. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and Shopify platforms to maximize visibility and sales performance
  • Drive strategic growth through data-driven decision making using analytics tools and performance metrics
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels across all platforms
  • Conduct market research and contribute to product development initiatives
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage PPC campaigns and optimize advertising spend across platforms
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through all digital touchpoints


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success managing Amazon and Shopify platforms
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) for supplier communications
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics and Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify admin interfaces
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce SEO, PPC, and performance marketing
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in inventory management and ecommerce best practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SEMrush
  • Experience in natural foods or wellness industry
  • Background in product development and market research
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
