Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Agency Management:
• Select, manage, and evaluate marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with goals and maximizing ROI.
• Coordinate with agencies on creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Lead by example by taking a hands-on approach to campaign execution when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, operations) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
• Analyze campaign performance, using data to drive optimization and strategy refinements.
• Implement A/B testing and adopt innovative methods to improve KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Budget Management:
• Plan, allocate, and optimize the marketing budget across channels and agencies.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and measurable results for all marketing spend.
Brand Management:
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Lead the launch of new products or initiatives with integrated marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Communication:
