✦ About the role

Holafly has a fantastic Affiliate Program which allows us to partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders, like; bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines, etc. A key element of the role will be to ensure growth in our Japanese-speaking markets by spearheading new partnership opportunities.

✦ Responsibilities

Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations.
Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
Strategic management of budget within the Japanese Market
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the Japanese market, providing insights and recommendations to improve our affiliate marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

✦ What do you need to succeed:

Native or fluent Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
English level is B2-C1
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing in Japan or with the Japanese market, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic and conversions.
Manage invoicing and payouts where needed.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports .
Be comfortable with negotiating deals, working on contracts, and co-ordinating between global and local teams.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the travel industry or familiarity with international SIM cards and mobile connectivity solutions is a plus.
Ability to work with international teams, in different time zones.
