Web Hosting Planning Coordinator

As a Planning Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the daily planning and execution of assigned projects. Proactivity is the most essential skill for this position, as your success will be measured by your ability to resolve tasks effectively. 

What you’ll do: 

• Collaborate with the team to distribute workloads effectively and optimize project workflows
• Assess and analyze project requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices
• Proactively identify and address blockers or issues that may impact project progress
• Ensure timely resolution of tasks, meeting specified deadlines
• Collaborate with  team members and cross-functional departments to successfully execute assigned projects 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project-related activities and decisions

• Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
• Proven experience in managing databases and task coordination
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, and similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with time-tracking tools
• Excellent communication skills
