This is a remote position.

Role Name: Appointment Setting Specialist

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Virginia time)

Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Appointment Setting Specialist to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, using your excellent communication skills to schedule service appointments and build valuable relationships. Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential customers through professional outbound calls to introduce premium automotive services
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using modern calendar management tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication
  • Track and document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Identify and qualify potential leads while addressing customer inquiries
  • Follow up with prospects systematically to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with English proficiency
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or customer service preferred
  • Strong proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout customer interactions
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent listening skills with ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Professional and courteous phone manner with clear speaking voice
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
  • Ability to work independently while meeting team goals
