Job Title: Partner Program Manager
Location: Remote US, East Coast Preferred

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our partner program by evaluating its current state, proposing strategic improvements, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to implement these enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity partner environment and a focus on continuous improvement to stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

· Program Evaluation and Analysis:
· Assess the current partner program's performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Collect and analyze data on partner performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
· Benchmark the program against industry standards and competitors.

· Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
· Develop and propose strategic improvements to enhance the partner program.
· Set clear, measurable goals for the revised program.
· Create and implement strategies to address identified gaps and achieve set goals.

· Program Execution and Management:
· Develop a detailed implementation plan for rolling out the revised program.
· Partner with enablement and other resources to provide training and resources to partners to help them succeed.
· Design and oversee competitive partner incentive programs that align with corporate goals.
· Continuously monitor the program's performance and make adjustments as needed.

· Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, enablement, finance, and customer support to align the program with overall business objectives.
· Engage with external partners to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
· Foster strong relationships with partners and sellers to drive mutual growth and success.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in partner program management, partner enablement, or channel partner roles, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT industry
• Proven expertise in designing and executing high-impact partner programs and enablement strategies with measurable results
• Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems, program structures, and the unique needs of technology partners
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to design, launch, and scale programs and enablement initiatives across a global partner network
• Analytical skills to evaluate program performance and adapt strategies based on data insights
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on partner advocacy and creating a positive partner experience
• Proficiency in CRM and LMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Partner portals, or similar tools)
