We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Digital Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines. You would oversee and manage a team of ~8 cross-functional leaders spanning the client services departments (SEO, Content Production, Web Development, Digital Design, PPC, Marketing Automation, and Outbound Sales Operations)


In this role you are ultimately accountable for ensuring that all clients are receiving high-quality and timely service deliverables while achieving the expected results from our services.

  • You identify issues and provide troubleshooting guidance to functional leaders across all service lines. 
  • You ensure your direct reports are properly managing their teams and are accountable to their KPIs. 
  • You protect organizational profitability by managing capacity & forecasting for hires. 
  • You ensure constant innovation and optimization in our breadth of service offerings, results from our services, and efficiency in executing services.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Min. 8+ years experience w/ 4+ years hands on digital marketing (must have)
  • Min. 4 years management of team sizes of 10+ direct reports (must have)
  • Well versed in SEO, inbound marketing , content, social, & web development, email automation, paid media, design
  • Highly proficient in AI use cases for optimization of marketing execution
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing project management
  • You “love” people management and consider it a passion 
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, disciplined & resourceful
  • Proven experience in team member coaching & performance management
  • Highly systems focused with experience in developing SOPs & KPIs
  • Exceptionally strong in interpersonal skills and in collaboration
  • Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller habits is a major asset
  • Experienced in an Agency environment is a major plus
  • Proactively able to manage workload and resources across a team
  • Have experience in building a high performance team that has scale with tangible KPIs and growth in an 8-9 figure revenue environment.


DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER POSITION DETAILS:

Operational Excellence / Management:

  • Managing a team of 8-10 cross-functional managers, who themselves lead a total of ~70 people.
  • Running weekly team project meetings with functional managers, ensuring cross-functional deliverables & results are being met for clients.
  • Manage capacity planning and hiring budgets aligned with forecasted needs of the business. 
  • Ensure roadblocks are removed and milestones met, being hands-on when needed.
  • Manage and ensure quality standards for all deliverables thru process and systems development.
  • Leverage automation and new technologies to drive value for clients.
  • Ensuring project profitability and ROI for clients.


Leadership Team Accountability & Management:

  • Holding team members accountable for KPIs, results, and SOP adherence.
  • Coach, mentor, recruit team members and build skills with measured goals.
  • Ensure a constant line of succession is elevated from across the organization among your leadership team. 
  • Inspire daring & enthusiasm from your team, and instill a contempt for mediocrity through how you compose yourself & engage your team. Ensure these values are transmitted down across the organization from your leadership team. 
  • Bringing high energy and building a strong culture strictly aligned to core values.
  • Reporting to and working with Head of Agency Operations.


KPI Management & Adherence:

  • Forecast and track client campaign performance via KPI dashboard.
  • Ensuring risks handled, milestones met, and performance issues are corrected.


Service Delivery Innovation:

  • Create, document & streamline systems and processes for each functional area.
  • Constantly learn new trends and strategies of Inbound Marketing.
  • Managing a team of 8-10 cross-functional managers, who themselves lead a total of ~60 people. 
  • Running weekly team project meetings with functional managers, ensuring cross-functional deliverables & results are being met for clients. 
  • Ensuring
